Orders are fullfilled after confirmation of the design. Printing and delivery may take up to 2-3 weeks.

SmartVideo Terms and Conditions

– Cards can be ordered online via our Website, Whatsapp or through our Facebook page (messenger).

– Our customers are always welcome at our head office to view all our products while enjoying our coffee.

– Cards can also be ordered on-site at one of our sales points in Brussels. Prices remain the same for all options.

– Orders can only be accepted if payment has been made in full.

– Cards can only be ordered online for a minimum order of 50.

– Only cards with an envelope indicated in the example photo will be delivered with an envelope. These envelopes are therefore included in the price.

– Production/delivery time can take up to 2-3 weeks.

– The color of the text and the cards themselves may vary by up to 5% from the example photo.

– During printing, 2% of the cards ordered may become deformed. These will be replaced with new cards, again within 2-3 weeks. – If you received unprinted cards, they can be reprinted free of charge. The buyer must return the unprinted cards to the seller. Under no circumstances will refunds be given.
